Move for the Crown – Terms & Conditions and Indemnity

By purchasing a ticket and participating in the Move for the Crown event at Die Bosveld, you acknowledge and agree to the following indemnity terms on behalf of yourself and any dependents in your care.

Assumption of Risk
You acknowledge that trail running and walking activities involve inherent risks, including but not limited to physical exertion, uneven terrain, weather conditions, falls, collisions, and encounters with wildlife. You voluntarily assume all risks associated with participating in this outdoor event.

Health and Fitness
You confirm that you are in good health and physical condition, with no medical conditions or limitations that may be aggravated by participating in this event. If you have any health concerns, we strongly advise consulting a medical professional before joining the event.

Safety Guidelines
You agree to adhere to all safety instructions and guidelines provided by event organisers and venue staff. Failure to comply with these guidelines may result in injury to yourself or others. Certain areas of the route may have limitations or hazards clearly marked for your awareness.

Supervision and Responsibility
Participants under the age of 18 must be accompanied and supervised by a responsible adult at all times. The supervising adult accepts full responsibility for the safety and conduct of any minors in their care.

Release of Liability
You hereby release, discharge, and hold harmless Move for the Crown, Jessica Erasmus, Die Bosveld, event organisers, volunteers, and any associated partners or sponsors from all claims, damages, or losses arising from participation in the event, including (but not limited to) injury, illness, property loss, or damage.

Personal Belongings
Move for the Crown and Die Bosveld accept no responsibility for loss, theft, or damage to personal items during the event. Please take appropriate steps to safeguard your valuables.

Photography and Videography
By attending the event, you grant permission for Move for the Crown, Mrs South Africa, and affiliated media teams to capture and use photographs or videos of you for promotional, social media, or marketing purposes without compensation or prior notice.
